A Personal Philosophy

“I don’t believe everything needs to make a statement. But I believe every composition deserves one.”

About Me

My appreciation for architecture began during my childhood in Bonn, Germany, while my fashion awareness came from my late father. Growing up in New York City, the fashion capital of the world, further shaped my eye for design, individuality, personal style, and confidence.

My residential design journey began in New York City in 1997, when I ventured into real estate investing as a side hustle with my mother. Starting with multi-unit condominiums, I gradually transitioned to single-family homes, expanding my projects from New York to Virginia until the market crash of 2008. I loved transforming ordinary spaces into something eye-catching and exceptional. It came so naturally that it never felt like work.

Simultaneously, and somewhat ironically, I spent over two decades in the financial services industry, gaining invaluable experience in leadership, business strategy, and coaching. Yet my passion for creativity was always there, quietly running in the background...

After moving to Austin, I stepped away from corporate life to raise my son and focus on my family. During this chapter, I remained actively involved with several nonprofit organizations through volunteer work. Ultimately, motherhood gave me a new perspective and the confidence to finally choose passion over practicality.

Final Cut Advisory is the culmination of a lifelong creative instinct and decades of professional experience.

This time, I’m following my instincts instead of a paycheck.

THE BUNGALOW REBORNAn Austin Residential Transformation

My Home. My Vision. My Design.

I redesigned my home from the inside out, from the floor plan and finishes to the custom pedestrian gate, outdoor deck, and all the little details that reflect my personal touch. Every square foot of this house was an intentional choice.

Having spent much of my adult life in metropolitan cities, I’ve always preferred smaller, cozy, thoughtfully designed spaces. I appreciate the grandeur of larger homes too, especially when I lived with my parents and maintenance wasn’t my problem! But after ten years in a five-bedroom house, my husband and I were ready to downsize to a single level.

So when I envisioned our forever home in Austin, I wanted the sophistication of a luxury NYC condo, with a layout tailored specifically to my family’s lifestyle. As a true New Yorker, I’m also big on speed and efficiency. The last thing I wanted was to run a marathon through an oversized Texas house just to make breakfast! I wanted a more compact layout that flowed naturally, with every inch serving a purpose and reducing our carbon footprint.

This wasn’t about building a bigger house. It was about creating exactly the practical home we wanted to wake up in every morning.

Interior Design & Transformation

Great design isn’t about how much you spend. It begins with what you and I can create from what you already have.

I approach every space with fresh eyes, recognizing possibilities others might overlook or struggle to visualize. Whether it’s rethinking a floor plan, selecting finishes, refreshing paint colors, wallpaper, furniture and décor, or transforming an entire home, my focus is on creating something beautiful, functional, and uniquely yours, a space that tells your story.

I believe in thoughtful design choices, knowing where to invest, where to save, and how to achieve maximum visual impact without unnecessary expense. I don’t impose a signature style or encourage buying new furniture unless that’s what you personally want. I listen, observe, and bring your vision to life with creativity, balance, and attention to detail.

For renovations, I can bring my trusted build team or collaborate with your preferred contractor, staying closely involved throughout the process, from concept to completion.

My philosophy is simple: A beautiful space isn’t meant to impress others. I create distinctive and original designs, thoughtfully curated to reflect who you are and make you feel at home.

Fashion Consultant | Artist Development

“Every artist has a story. I help bridge the gap between creative identity and intentional style.”

Artist Development

Working closely with artists is a natural evolution of my curiosity, connecting professional experience with my creative instinct. While genuine talent deserves thoughtful direction, talent alone is not enough. Character, commitment, discipline, and a willingness to grow are equally essential.

Whether you are a seasoned content creator, a corporate leader, or a new artist in the entertainment industry, I can help you refine your personal style. Vision and style are also a representation of who you are and how you want the world to see you.

I am drawn to artists with a distinctive vision and the determination to bring it to life. My role is not to manufacture a new identity, but to recognize what makes an artist exceptional and position them with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Talent gets my attention. Character earns my investment.

Personal & Corporate Style Consultant

My approach to fashion is about unexpected combinations, balanced proportions, and a distinctive element of your personality that transforms an entire look. Sometimes the most interesting outfit is already hanging in your closet. It simply takes a fresh perspective to see its potential.

My objective isn’t to make you look like someone else, but to help you discover a more compelling expression of yourself. A curated style that feels like you on your best day, with or without additional shopping. My specialty is reimagining what you already own, creating fresh combinations, and refining your wardrobe with a discerning eye.

I don’t believe style should be dictated by age, gender, size, designer labels, or passing trends. To me, clothing and jewelry are forms of art, and personal style is how you express yourself with individuality and confidence.

I shop the designers and stores you already love. Some of my favorites are Aritzia, Ralph Lauren, Akris, Etro, The Row, Tom Ford, Chanel, Max Mara, Khaite, Farm Rio, Alice & Olivia, Theory, Reformation, Zara, Sézane and many more!

There is only one of you in this world.
